In order for the goods to be eligible for an exchange or return, please make sure that:

• The item(s) were purchased in the last 30 days.
• You have the original invoice with you
• You have the original packaging.
• The item(s) are unused
• The item(s) are not water damaged.

Moreover, chunky reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Conditions for Refund

The item(s) will only be refunded if there is a manufacturing fault. In such case, the product will be refunded within 30 days provided the purchase was made no more than 30 days ago.
